Mergers & Acquisitions

  

On-site assessment of facilities, equipment, processes, policies & procedures, operations, management, ERP, MES and other IT systems supporting operations, trade compliance, sales & operations planning effectiveness, inventory and warehousing, shipping and receiving and overall company culture. Assist in developing plans to successfully integrate potential disparate systems and procedures to find synergies and leverage “best in class” processes.

Supply Chain

  

Complete assessment of all supply chain components including proposal development, quoting procedures, procurement, compliance, supplier management, receiving, warehousing, shop floor control, inventory management, and shipping. Develop strategic initiatives and metrics to manage implementation of internal and external factors. Evaluate ERP effectiveness (experience with SAP, Oracle, Baan) and other associated IT infrastructure required to support operations.
